He got upset and said I was overreacting and that it shouldn't matter.
Today my boyfriend asked what do I think about him and I mentioned that I didn't like that he never defends me. And I can be sensitive because these comments really get to me and it gets tiresome of have to hear every other time I'm there. Occasionally some would make negative comments, usually about my appearance or how I'm not as wealthy as they are.
When it comes to my boyfriend's family it's 50/50.
